In Diablo Immortal, the Prologue is the first quest that you will encounter. You must complete this quest to unlock the Risen Dead quest. There are main quests in Diablo Immortal that players can complete to progress the storyline and unlock game features.
This guide explains how to unlock the Prologue quest and how to complete it and obtain the World Map. It also provides a basic quest walkthrough with illustrations and playing tips.
To Unlock this Quest:
As soon as you create your character in the beginning of the game, you will be able to unlock the prologue.

Basic Quest Walkthrough:
- To get to the town, you must travel through the Wortham Forest.
- Examine the abandoned building in detail.
- The next step is to exterminate the infested villagers.
- In order to defeat the Cultists, Infested Villagers, and Undead, you have to kill them all.
- The Putrid Desecrator must be destroyed. (See Step 5 Quest Image below.)
- Once you have completed the fight, you will be able to access the Skills menu and Inventory. (See Step 6 Quest Image below.)
- Speak with the guard at the gate of Wortham’s estate. Additionally, you will see a mini map in the upper right corner of your screen.
- There is a Vile Refuge that you need to locate.
- By killing the Acolyte of Damnation, you will be able to free the Shackled Villager.
- The portal can be accessed by talking to Korrin in order to access it.
- Talk to the blacksmith about what you want to do. It’s now possible to salvage equipment that you don’t need for upgrades.
- Talk to the survivors at the chapel and visit the memorial.
- Assist the Western Gate Guards with their duties.
- There is an Unseen Lair that you can enter.
- The cultists must be taken down.
- There is a Worldstone Shard that must be found.
- Eskara and Ifris the Destroyer should be assassinated.
- It is time to take a look at the Worldstone Shard.
- If you enter the Portal to Wortham, you will be able to speak with Cain in Wortham’s Chapel.
- Before leaving the chapel, take the World Map and talk to Cain. Auto-navigation, Quests menu, and other game features will be available after the Prologue.
