Diablo Immortal contains a boss known as the Eternal Guardian. The boss fight can be found in the Cathedral of Sacred Waters at the end of the quest. The player needs to have a good understanding of the boss’s attacks and patterns in order to defeat it.
Eternal Guardian’s Attack Patterns
Charge straight into the player, summon powerful enemies capable of long-range attacks, and drop fireballs from the sky are some of the attacks of the Eternal Guardian.
Stay away from the Guardian and to the sides or back to avoid the charge attack. To deal with the summons, you must take them out quickly while avoiding the boss’s attacks. Players should keep a distance from the Guardian in order to avoid the fireballs, and stay away from the circle they fall into around the boss.
Secrets to Defeat the Eternal Guardian
The Eternal Guardian’s most frequent attack, the Charge attack, is difficult to avoid if you remain in front of it. Therefore, it is essential that you remain on the move and keep a distance from the boss. It is possible to avoid this attack and get in some pot shots to take down its multiple HP bars by staying to the sides or back of the boss.
To defeat the Eternal Guardian, you should also use area-of-effect (AoF) attacks to quickly take out the boss’s summoned enemies and damage the boss at the same time. You should keep moving and maintain distance from the boss to avoid its attacks, and focus on attacking from the sides or back while avoiding the Charge attack.
As you progress through the game, you will be able to use crowd control abilities to interrupt the boss’s attacks and create openings for counter attacks. You may have to practice and be patient in order to defeat the Eternal Guardian.
