It’s not going to be possible for you to survive on 4 hearts forever in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. You will be hit harder and faster by enemies as you journey through the lands of Hyrule, leaving you sprawled on the ground in a matter of seconds. You’re going to need to upgrade your health and stamina as quickly as possible in order to keep up with the enemies around you. But, how do you do it? To figure out this one, let’s jump from the Sky Islands to Hyrule.
Simple Steps to Adding Heats and Stamina Bars in Tears of the Kingdom
As you make your way through the prologue in the Sky Islands, you’ll reach a point where your three hearts won’t cut it. With the Four Lights of Blessings you’ve received from the Shines in the Sky Islands, you’ll need to pray before the Statue of the Goddess before you can open the door and leave the Temple of Time. The extra containers you receive will strengthen your hearts, allowing you to leave these lands behind.

When you travel through the lands of Hyrule, you will encounter many Shrines. Completing these puzzling rooms will grant you one Light of Blessing. The Statues of the Goddess you have encountered on your journey can be exchanged for either an additional heart container, increasing your maximum health, or an additional Stamina wheel, allowing you to continue running and climbing for longer periods of time once you have collected four of them.
