As part of its commemoration of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Nintendo has released a new Amiibo figure. Wouldn’t it be cool if the new Amiibo reflected players’ experiences more accurately? In the grocery store freezer, you can just imagine Link reaching into the unsold strawberry cartons to grab his favorite obscure ice cream flavor.
When you’re on a mountainside and you accidentally shoot a bomb arrow two feet from your face, you fall to your death and take a screenshot as soon as the UI disappears and the Game Over screen appears. Transparent red plastic with flames licking Link’s dead body would look great.

A character utters the most absurd phrase in the game, and Link has to pretend that it’s totally normal for a person to say, and I’d love to own an Amiibo of that moment. You shouldn’t make anyone feel self-conscious when talking to them.
It is possible for a cannon blast to come your way, and if you try to use Recall to send it back, you will get bounced into the air. The base of this figure should not be attached to it.
There is no denying that Link’s “I’m cold!” animation is very impressive, and we have done it intentionally on occasion. Wouldn’t it be great to get an Amiibo that features his “I’m cold!” animation?
The Zonai bomb may not go off after you climb on board your decked-out airship, but it would make a great Amiibo.
