Despite its best efforts, Call of Duty continues to find ways to ruin cheaters’ lives. The team behind the series’ Ricochet Anti-Cheat has been experimenting with reducing cheaters’ weapon damage significantly, making them feel delirious by creating enemies only they can see, making real enemies invisible, and taking away their weapons.

As a result of a new detection technique, 14,000 players were banned based on the hack maker they bought their hacks from. But Call of Duty isn’t stopping there; it will now broadcast their names throughout the match.
Warzone and Modern Warfare 2 Season 5 (which is now live) will display the names of cheaters the system has banned, in real-time. Call of Duty’s official Twitter account announced the news earlier today.
