The previous installment was said to avoid repeating the mistakes, but some players doubt Blizzard’s assurances after Blizzard’s latest hotfix.
It was supposed that Diablo IV would not repeat the mistakes of its predecessor, which was otherwise successful but often criticized by fans. However, now gamers accuse Blizzard of rewriting the development history of Diablo III in the worst possible way.

As you can probably guess if you played the fourth Diablo or even just saw it in action, style is not the issue this time around. It is much darker than in the third game, which was often accused of having a cartoonish look. Neither is the gameplay a problem – at least not in its entirety.
