On PC and within your Battle.NET launcher, go to your Games menu at the top and find the cogwheel icon in the bottom-left corner next to the “Play” button. When you start Diablo 4 on your console, you should automatically be served the update. In case this is not the case, try turning on your console, waiting 15 seconds, and checking if the update applies next time you try to run Diablo 4. If the update fails to solve the issue, you can try reinstalling the game. If none of this works, contact Blizzard Customer Support.
