Early this summer, PlayStation revealed its wireless earbuds, but not much was revealed beyond that they were compatible with PlayStation 5, PCs, and smartphones. Not only has Sony revealed its new PlayStation Portal remote play device, but also two new audio devices for PlayStation 5.
The wireless earbuds revealed earlier this summer are called PlayStation Pulse Explore wireless earbuds and are designed to provide “a premium portable audio experience with dual microphones and AI-enhanced noise rejection capable of filtering background sounds” with lossless audio and a charging case. At $199.99, they will be available.
The new over-the-ears headset announced today is called the PlayStation Pulse Elite wireless headset, and it offers lossless audio and a retractable boom mic (which is not included in the existing Pulse headset). Pulse Elite will cost $149.99. It will include AI-enhanced noise rejection that filters out background noises. It also comes with a charging hanger.
