EA Sports, the franchise’s new publisher, is likely to provide a large suite of upgrades and enhancements for Super Mega Baseball 4, its fourth entry in the series. After Electronic Arts acquired Metalhead Studio a year after the launch of Super Mega Baseball 3, the developer was able to create this fourth installment with the additional resources of its new parent company.
It appears that the result is evident. There are more than 200 legends of the sport on the roster for the first time in series history (including cover star David Ortiz) alongside fans’ favorite players from previous games. With the new roster, you can enjoy the various modes in a variety of ways, including a league of baseball legends organized by era. A new Shuffle Draft feature lets you draft a roster featuring real-life legends and Super Mega All-Stars.
